Literally the best jeweler in ALL of Utah! Highly recommend for all your custom ring needs! Jerrick and Kyler are the guys to talk to! I had my fiancés engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands custom made and hands down the best customer experience ever! Can’t go wrong here!!

I live several states over from Jerrick’s and have never even stepped foot in the shop, but after the fantastic experience they provided with my fiance’s engagement ring, I knew there was only one place I could give my money to for my fine jewelry needs when it came to my wife’s wedding band. Once again I reached out to Kyler and his associates via text message with some inspiration photos for a custom design. They promptly gave me several renderings to choose from. They even took the additional step of pulling up the engagement ring I purchased and included them in the rendering to help us decide. Once again, Jerrick’s pricing beat every other jeweler we looked at by a significant margin, but that was not even a factor in going with Jerrick’s given the customer service and earned loyalty from past experiences. As always, time was short to get the ring in hand; again, they delivered on a tight timeline with a stunning product. In every interaction, they provide the greatest customer service I have ever had. My wife often has a few more questions than myself, so she calls and texts them and she never has a single concern or bad thing to say also. A few months ago we had to send the engagement ring in to have it resized, and it felt like we had a personal jeweler waiting on us hand and foot through the whole process. Kyler spoke to my wife on the phone, who was anxious about send the ring over mail for resizing. Kyler reassured her, recommended we send a ring that fits well since we were not certain on the size, and even allowed us to include a tracking tag in the box for tracking. Jerrick’s returned to us a perfect fit ring, the reference ring and tracking tag. All this hard work and care by Jerrick’s, and I did not pay for the labor, material or shipping. I always enjoy giving my hard earned money to a business who will provide excellent service and stunning results. Excellent experience. Brought a necklace in that Needham’s wanted two weeks to fix and Jerricks fixed the same day. We don’t live in Cache Valley anymore so having quick service is important. Needhams wouldn’t help us even though we have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past. Really appreciate the service I have got with Jerricks!

We genuinely recommend Jerrick's to everyone! We worked with Talen and he was great! They helped us custom design a ring and it was an easy process. All of the salesmen were very helpful and not pushy. The vibe of the store was comfortable and enjoyable. They also have the best selection of rings in the valley. It's too bad we can't rate them higher than 5 stars!

This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve ever been to. Biggest selection I’ve ever seen, with a wide variety of styles, gems, metals, and prices. They also have their own in house jeweler on site, who is beyond talented, and quick! We purchased my wedding/engagement ring from here almost 7 years ago. Back then, not only did they switch stones for me, and resize it (which I know is normal to do, but it was no extra cost), they took my ring I had prior in on trade, to help lower the price of the ring of my dreams. Fast forward to about 2 months ago, I totally busted my ring, it’s a snowflake/burst design, so already a little more fragile and easy to catch on things.. well the diamond fell out, the metal bent, and I was devastated. I live in Twin Falls, ID so traveling to Logan isn’t always the easiest. I know I could have gone almost anywhere.. but genuinely.. finding a trustworthy jewelry store is like finding a good dentist, and hairdresser. You guys! I called them, told them the situation. I dropped it off on a Saturday, 2 minutes before close, they were so nice and stayed open for me, and then.. to top it off, it was ready for me that next Friday! I couldn’t believe it! And the price for the repair was way below what I guessed it would be. and I can’t tell where the repair was made. It’s that seamless! I cannot sing their praises enough. If you’re trying to find a jewelry store who is honest, reasonable, and will help you find something unique, timeless, and beautiful.. or a creation of your own.. GO HERE!!!

Every single experience I’ve had at Jerricks has been 10/10 in every way! From how friendly and quickly you are greeted when you walk in, to how they make sure you are getting what you need and at reasonable prices. They take incredibly good care of their customers which is why I will never go anywhere else!!

It was very easy to shop with this company. I did it all through texting. I told them what I wanted and was shown pictures and picked it out over text and paid for it and it was mailed and delivered to me very promptly. I was ordering diamond stud earrings for my son for a graduation present. I was very pleased with the customer service and the price and I will definitely buy from them again. I have one happy son with his special gift.

I got my wedding ring and engagement ring soldered together at Jerricks and they did it for super cheap AND it was done literally the next day. Also my ring was catching on fabric super easily and they fixed that up really nicely too. Super friendly environment and great customer service. I didn’t see their entire collection of jewelry but I would definitely check them out before anyone else.

There really aren’t words to say how grateful I am for Jerrick’s Fine Jewelry. I’d been looking at engagement rings for a while and struggled to find something I loved. My sister got her wedding ring from this jeweler and recommended I look through their website. I found a ring I loved and drove from the Salt Lake area to Logan to see it in person. It was somehow even more impressive in person! Shortly after we got the ring, I had an accident with it that was 100% my own fault. Jerrick’s Fine Jewelry didn’t have an obligation to help me, but they still did and truly went to extra mile. We later returned to get a matching wedding band and that process was just as great. After my experience here, I’d recommend everyone to use this jeweler. I cannot say enough about how positive of an experience it was to work with Jerrick’s Fine Jewelry.
